Saturday 14th September marks 40 years since Quadrophenia, one of the best music films of all time, was released around the world.

Starring Sting, Ray Winstone and 20-year-old Phil Daniels and a soundtrack by The Who, the film famously depicts the subculture conflict between mods and rockers in the 1960s. We’re celebrating the anniversary of this landmark film for British culture with a Mods vs Rockers party!

Think scooters vs motorbikes, suits vs leather jackets, shoes vs boots: Mods Vs Rockers.

Our favourite DJ duo GRL TLK will be on the tunes, playing the best soul and ska back to back with some rocking rock ‘n’ roll…

Ray Charles / The Temptations / Four Tops / Booker T & The MGs / Martha Reeves / Diana Ross / Sam & Dave / The Miracles / The O’Days / The Isley Brothers / Commodores / Sly And The Family Stone / The Delfonics …
