Half Spanish and half Brazilian. Born in Switzerland and living in the UK, Cristina Hart shared her first EP ‘Sell a Dream’ back when the world fell to a standstill in 2020 – after being awarded the coveted ‘Do It Differently Fund’ by Help Musicians.
After taking a break from releasing music for nearly two years to improve her mental health and fall back in love with music, Cristina Hart started sharing her new music with a bold new era. Her comeback singles ‘Never Be Her’ and ‘Crash’ were featured in CLASH, Earmilk and Notion, gaining over 1 million viral views online, multiple BBC Radio 1 plays, and champions in the form of Mollie King (R1 Future Pop) and Maia Beth (R1 Best New Pop), which led to 30,000 Spotify monthly listeners, and over 650,000 organic streams, and continues to soar, as well as her first Spotify editorial placements on the likes of New Music Friday, Fresh Finds UK, New Pop UK, pov: ur that girl.
Since then, Cristina Hart has gone on to support Sonny Tennet on his soldout UK tour and soldout her first headline show at The Waiting Room. She then had the headline slot at ICMP Fresher’s Showcase at the O2 Academy Islington and is now ready to share her next era.
Cristina’s upcoming project ‘Online Therapy’, which takes Cristina well into 2024, explores themes of grief, anxiety, and mental health with an assertive confidence, tapping into the most vulnerable and honest side of herself. The lead single of the campaign, ‘Like My Father’, came out on Jan 25th via Apollo. The song was made BBC Introducing Essex & Cambridgeshire Track Of The Week, played on Amazing Radio by Shell Zenner and added to Spotify editorial playlist ‘New Pop UK’ and ‘Easy’. The second single, ‘Before You’ is out Feb 29th, alongside the announcement of her upcoming headline show at The Grace on May 29th for the launch of her new EP ‘Online Therapy’ EP, out May 2nd.
