Arctic Lake step out of the dark and into the light with their latest EP ‘See Inside’; an anthemic, pop mixtape that will make you cry and dance all within the space of 15 minutes. The trio broke hearts earlier in the year with their lead single ‘Holding On’, and then helped to heal them with the sexual ‘Cold Hands’. They will next be playing an intimate show at The Grace in Islington.
The trio, who have been play-listed by Radio 1 and championed by BBC Introducing, have a reputation for creating beautiful and melancholic music. While this EP retains those core elements, it is definitely a shift in direction and a nod to where their sound may take them next.
After amassing over 40 million streams and touring with the likes of Freya Ridings and Vancouver Sleep Clinic, the trio had an impressive, sell out tour last year. Unafraid of blurring genres the group are now collaborating with seminal artists such as Lane 8 and Peter Sandberg for their upcoming releases in 2020.
